As a Submittal Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by managing the submission of project documents and materials. Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage the submission of project documents and materials
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of submittals
• Review project specifications and drawings
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors
• Track and maintain submittal logs

Required Skills:

• Construction Management: Experience in managing construction projects
• Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
• Experience in industrial construction a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand project plans and specifications
• Knowledge of general contracting and sub-contracting process, how to construct a building, terms, methods, and scheduling
• Familiar with Procore, and Business Management Software throughout each construction project
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
