Our boutique dental practice is seeking an experienced Certified Dental Assistant to join a highly professional clinical team dedicated to comprehensive care, precision dentistry, and patient wellness. Role Overview:
The Certified Dental Assistant will play an integral role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care. The ideal candidate demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, consistency in clinical protocols, and a calm, professional presence that supports both patient comfort and clinical efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide precise chairside assistance during restorative, preventive, and comprehensive dental procedures, anticipating what is needed
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to clinical and aesthetic standards
• Accurately take, process, and document digital dental images in compliance with state regulations
• Strong infection control standards
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
• Support a wellness-focused patient experience through clear communication and attentive care for their comfort and understanding
• Feel comfortable with cosmetic procedures and a concierge style practice
• Experience with digital scanners, CBCT's and photography is a plus

Required Qualifications:

• Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential, DANB is a plus!
• Valid dental radiography certification
• Minimum of t hree years of clinical dental assisting experience
• Demonstrated ability to work with precision and follow clinical protocols
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail and exceptional patient care
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications
