Part-time Position

Are you ready to grow your career in a dynamic and specialized dental practice? Hudson Valley Dental TMD & Facial Aesthetics LLC, located in Poughkeepsie, NY, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant to become part of our high-performing team.

We specialize in TMJ pain management, Botox therapy, IV sedation, and All-on-X implant solutions, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care through teamwork, integrity, and clinical excellence. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Leon D. James, DDS, MBA, MS—a board-certified specialist in Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine—our staff is trained to handle complex dental concerns with compassion and precision.

Key Responsibilities

You'll play a vital role in patient care and clinical support, including:

•  Expanded functions

• X-ray certification & digital X-rays

• Chairside assisting in sedation, implant, and oral surgery procedures

• Periodontics & Endodontics

• Digital intraoral scanning

• Fabrication of temporary crowns & assisting with crown procedures

• Nitrous oxide administration

• TMJ pain management & sleep apnea device support

• Oral hygiene instruction

• All-on-X implant procedures (training available for the right candidate)

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $25.00–$30.00 (based on experience)

• Benefits: Holiday pay, PTO, Bonuses

• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Surgery)Thursday, and one Saturday per month (Additional days may be added in the future)
