We are actively seeking experienced Shingle Roofing Subcontractor Crews to partner with us on projects ranging from small residential repairs to large apartment complexes and commercial communities.

We are looking to build long-term relationships with professional, well-organized crews that take pride in quality workmanship and reliability.

Project Scope

• Full roof replacements

• Commercial shingle roofing projects

Consistent work available for the right crews.

Subcontractor Requirements

• Valid roofing license 

• General liability insurance (Certificate of Insurance required)

• Workers' compensation coverage (or exemption documentation)

• Ability to provide a crew of 20–30 installers when needed

• English-speaking crew lead or project supervisor

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Reliable transportation and equipment

• Strict adherence to safety standards

• Clean, organized job sites

• On-time project completion
