Are you a skilled project manager with a passion for the steel construction industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? American Ironworks Mfg Inc is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Pacoima, CA. As a leader in the manufacturing and installation of ornamental ironwork, including custom iron gates, fences, railings, and security doors for residential and commercial properties, we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee our steel construction projects.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of steel construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Oversee the installation and quality control of all steel construction projects
• Prepare and submit project proposals and change orders

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction management
• Ability to review and approve submittals and specifications
• Strong project management skills, 
• Read and Understand Construction Plans

Nice to Have Skills:

• Background in military construction projects
• Experience in consulting and implementation of steel construction projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, preferably Autocad and Bluebeam

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary starting at $100,000 per year, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
