Daily Responsibilities:
• Oversee residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients
• Utilize Buildertrend (or similar software) for scheduling, communication, and tracking
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance (OSHA)
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with ownership on project execution and decision-making
Required Skills:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction project management or superintendent role
• Experience with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality standards
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $100,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $120,000.00
- Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off
