Quality Systems Management Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization's implementation of IATF standards by creating detailed project plans, timelines, and execution strategies to ensure successful certification.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with all IATF requirements and ensure standards are consistently upheld throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.
• Provide leadership and direction to project team members to meet all objectives. Serve as the lead auditor for the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all processes align with established QMS criteria.
• Perform audits covering all customer ? specific requirements and drive updates or improvements needed within the QMS framework.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and training for all activities related to the QMS Audit Program. Act as the primary Quality Management System Representative during third ? party IATF 16949 audits, as well as all internal and external audits.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Associate's degree (AA or Business) or Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in implementing IATF standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Advanced Excel skills (i.e. databases, formulas, pivot tables, graphing)
• Auditor certification (IATF 16949)
• Implementation of IATF 16949 program
• Minimum of 2 years of IATF16949 auditing experience.
