Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cuisine Cook to join our culinary team. This position reports directly to and works closely with our Chef, offering an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and refine your skills in a unique segment of the culinary industry.

You will help prepare gourmet meals to exacting standards for private aviation clients, where attention to detail and consistency are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality gourmet dishes according to chef specifications
• Assist with food prep, plating, and packaging for in-flight service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently under time-sensitive production schedules
• Support the Chef with daily production needs

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Passion for quality food and continuous learning
• Flexible work schedule

Schedule & Flexibility

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Shifts may range between 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Must be flexible to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as needed
