Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook / Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team. This is a foundational kitchen role focused on preparation and organization.

This position does not work the range. Instead, you will assist with food prep, ingredient handling, packaging, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation (chopping, portioning, assembling ingredients)
• Prepare items according to chef specifications
• Support plating and packaging for in-flight service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist the culinary team with daily production needs

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Flexible work schedule

Schedule & Flexibility

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Shifts may range between 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Must be flexible to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as needed
