As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for our solar-powered air conditioning and heating systems. Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support by entering data into our systems
• Maintain and update files to ensure accuracy and organization
• Assist with meeting minutes and travel arrangements as needed
• Handle switchboard operation and office procedures efficiently
• Process insurance claims, patient registration, and other administrative tasks

Required Skills:

• GED or equivalent educational background
• Proficiency in keyboarding and document management
• Experience with grammar, proofreading, and word processing
• Ability to perform tasks such as sorting, reconciliations, and ordering supplies
• Knowledge of office procedures, calendar management, and purchase orders

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with short-term disability claims
• Familiarity with insurance claims and patient registration processes

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience.
