As a leader in multi-channel marketing services, including commercial printing, direct mail, and digital marketing, we provide personalized communication strategies for clients ranging from local businesses to national brands. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee customer service policies and procedures
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions
  • Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience

Required Skills:

  • One Call Resolution experience
  • Call Center Experience
  • Service Sales background
  • Bathroom Remodeling knowledge
  • Inbound and First In, First Out experience

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Restocking and Asset Protection experience
  • Order Processing and Order Entry skills
  • Customer Support and Product Knowledge
  • Replenishing and Payment Processing experience
  • Pulling, Resolution, and Client Services skills
  • Shipping, Complaint Resolution, and Loading & Unloading experience

Salary and Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $41,456.00
  • Maximum Salary: $68,950.00
