Daily Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize call center experience to handle inbound calls and provide service sales
• Assist customers with bathroom remodeling inquiries and orders
• Process orders and ensure accurate order entry
• Provide product knowledge and support to customers

Required Skills:

• One Call Resolution experience
• Call Center Experience
• Service Sales background
• Bathroom Remodeling knowledge
• Inbound call handling expertise

Nice to Have Skills:

• Asset Protection experience
• Payment Processing knowledge
• Complaint Resolution skills
• Merchandising experience
• Housekeeping skills

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $36,000.00

Maximum Salary: $56,000.00
