Pop-Up Smiles delivers high-quality, patient-centered dentistry directly to workplaces and community sites through an organized mobile model. Our focus is clinical excellence, efficiency, and expanding access to care while supporting our providers with strong systems and leadership.

We are actively building an inventory of associate dentists in MSP as we continue to expand.

Role Overview

Associate dentists at Pop-Up Smiles travel to scheduled sites to provide comprehensive general dentistry in a fully supported mobile environment. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety, adaptability, and practicing dentistry without traditional office overhead.

Clinical Services

Associates are expected to be comfortable providing:

• Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
• Preventative and Hygiene (SRP, Prophy, Sealants, Fluoride, Arestin etc.)
• Restorative dentistry (Composite fillings)
• Crowns
• Simple extractions
• Clear aligner therapy (experience preferred; training provided)

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD with active MSP dental license
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
• Strong general dentistry skill set
• Willingness to travel for scheduled dental days
• Comfortable working in a mobile, fast-paced environment
• Clear aligner experience a plus (training provided)
• Licensure in surrounding states or additional states is a strong plus

Compensation

$1,000 per day plus a production bonus equal 20% of net production in excess of average daily net production of $7,500.
