Winona, MN 
Dates: Nov 28. Dec 1-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-24, 29-31, Jan 2, 5-9, 12-16, 19-23, 26-30
Hours: Mon-Wed 8:30a-6p, Thurs 8a-5p, Fri 8a-3p
Procedures: Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Comprehensive treatment planning 

Requirements

• Current and active Minnesota Dental License 

• DEA License (required)

• Updated resume
