This company specializes in fire, water, and mold remediation , demolition, and structural/contents cleaning. With over 30 employees across three branches and nearly $5M in annual revenue, this is a stable and growing organization with real opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform water and mold remediation
• Clean and pack customer contents
• Light demolition, debris removal, equipment setup
• Document job progress using internal software
• Support cross-department efforts as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• IICRC certification is a plus, but not required
• Restoration experience strongly preferred
