Lead Roofing Technician

Job Summary:

Rabine Roofing is seeking a Lead Roofing Technician with 5+ years of experience to join our team. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring technicians, making repair decisions, and communicating with customers and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor Roofing technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and safety adherence.
2. Locate and repair leaks, perform maintenance, and provide detailed roof evaluations.
3. Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and online portals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of roofing experience.
• Commercial Roofing Experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

Other Details:

• Position Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility in hours.
• Physical Demands: Requires standing, moving, lifting, and navigating elevated surfaces.
• Travel: Local travel in Greater Houston Area with occasional overnight travel.
