CONCRETE FOREMAN - STREET AND ROAD

Foreman leads crews and daily field operations on heavy civil road construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and regulations.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train crews; lead jobsite in Superintendent’s absence
* Enforce safety policies and conduct safety meetings
* Plan, perform and oversee daily work
* Read plans and track production, time, and quantities
* Ensure quality, productivity, and schedule compliance


Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 5+ years road construction experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Valid driver’s license
* Bilingual a plus
