Daily Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertise
• Manage kitchen staff and oversee day-to-day operations
• Maintain food quality standards and ensure consistency in all dishes
• Monitor food and labor costs to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and dining discounts at The Langhorne Hotel.
