Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Ensuring food quality and consistency
• Managing kitchen operations
• Overseeing back of house staff
• Managing food cost and inventory

Required Skills:

• Leadership Experience in culinary arts 
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Experience in fine dining and catering
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Experience in restaurant management
• Menu development experience
• Knowledge of labor cost management

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $75,000.00

Maximum Salary: $90,000.00

Benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off
