Job Description
Sales & Marketing Leader drives commercial strategy and performance across a portfolio of full-service, upscale hospitality properties, including both operating and pre-opening assets. This role oversees sales, marketing, brand positioning, and revenue-driving initiatives across multiple business segments. The position provides strategic direction, develops high-performing teams, and builds external partnerships to drive market share, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute portfolio-wide sales and marketing strategies aligned with financial and brand objectives.
- Lead business planning, forecasting, and revenue optimization efforts.
- Oversee property sales teams and drive account development and client engagement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and industry organizations.
- Direct marketing, digital, and public relations initiatives while ensuring consistent brand positioning.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop commercial team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Significant leadership experience in hospitality sales and marketing, including multi-property or regional oversight.
- Strong understanding of upscale or luxury market segments and distribution channels.
- Demonstrated success achieving revenue growth and executing integrated commercial strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as business needs require.
