Line Cook Responsibilities

1. Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes
2. Execute breakfast service, including eggs, griddle items, and breakfast sides
3. Perform food prep duties such as chopping, portioning, and stocking stations
4. Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation throughout each shift
5. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
6. Assist with kitchen cleaning, dishwashing, and equipment upkeep
7. Communicate effectively with other line cooks, prep cooks, and kitchen staff

Line Cook Qualifications

1. Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred
2. Breakfast cooking experience strongly preferred
3. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
5. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food quality
6. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
