The Beverly Country Club is seeking a talented Line Cook to join our team in Evergreen Park, Illinois. As a Line Cook at our prestigious private golf and social club, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and work alongside a dedicated team of professionals.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper plate presentation and garnish for all dishes
• Execute various cooking techniques including pasta, scratch cooking, wok, broiling, seafood, sautéing, and more
• Adhere to portion control and maintain food quality throughout the cooking process
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service

Required Skills:

• Menu planning and execution
• Plate presentation and garnishing
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Experience in a la carte cooking and kitchen management
• American Cuisine
• Prep Work
• Food Cost Management & Sanitation License
• Batch Cooking
• Food Handling
• Pantry

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in dessert making, soup making, sauce making, pastry making, salad preparation

Salary Range: $34,440.00 - $44,520.00 per year
