Moat Mountain Smokehouse & Brewing Co. is looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team in North Conway, NH. As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to our unique dining experience.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper plate presentation and food quality
• Execute various cooking techniques including pasta, salads, scratch cooking, wok, broiling, seafood, sautéing, and more
• Manage portion control and adhere to dietary restrictions and special diets
• Create soups, desserts, sauces, and pastries

Required Skills:

• Experience in a la carte cooking
• Strong knife skills
• Ability to make sauces from scratch
• Knowledge of pastry making
• Previous kitchen management experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with dietary restrictions and special diets
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to work in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $38,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $52,000.00
• Health Insurance and Vacation Leave benefits
