 Robotic Welder Programmer/Operator Job description:

Pay: $25–$28/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring a Robotic Welder Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate robotic welding equipment in a manufacturing environment. This is a steady 1st-shift position with long-term potential.

 Robotic Welder Programmer/Operator Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate robotic welding systems
• Robotic Welder Programmer / Operator – 1st Shift
• Load/unload parts and ensure proper fixturing
• Adjust welding parameters to meet quality standards
• Inspect welds and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Perform basic preventative maintenance
• Read blueprints and welding symbols

 Robotic Welder Programmer/Operator Requirements:

• Experience with robotic welding (programming and operation)
• MIG welding knowledge
• Ability to read prints and weld symbols
• Strong attention to quality and safety
• Reliable attendance

 Robotic Welder Programmer/Operator Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $25.00 per hour

Maximum Salary: $28.00 per hour
