HVAC Mechanic Daily Responsibilities:

• Performing mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Installing and repairing fire protection systems
• Conducting pipefitting and brazing tasks
• Ensuring compliance with building codes

HVAC Mechanic Required Skills:

• Experience with submittals and building construction
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fire protection
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency in pipefitting and brazing
• EPA Universal certification

HVAC Mechanic Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with masonry and piping
• Knowledge of electrical systems and gauges
• Proficiency in using hand tools and working with sheet metal
• Understanding of equipment repair and refrigeration
• General maintenance skills including wiring

HVAC MechanicTechnical Skills:

• Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) knowledge
• Experience with equipment repair and refrigeration systems

HVAC Mechanic Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $76,000.00

Maximum Salary: $90,000.00
