Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Review and interpret blueprints
• Oversee HVAC installations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and clients

Required Skills:

• Construction management experience
• Knowledge of HVAC industry
• Strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
• Ability to estimate project costs accurately
• Strong organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• OSHA certification
• Quality control experience
• Engineering background

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $150,000, along with health insurance and a 401(k) plan. A corporate gym membership as well as reimbursement for job-related expenses.
