Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Long-Term Contract

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for a long-term contract position. This role is ideal for a team-oriented assistant who is comfortable working chairside and supporting efficient patient care.

Pay & Compensation

• $2024 per hour, based on experience
• Long-term contract opportunity

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures by sterilizing, organizing, and passing instruments
• Position instruments for optimal dentist access and provide suctioning as needed
• Select, mix, and place dental materials on instruments and in the patients mouth
• Take and develop dental radiographs
• Pour, trim, and polish study casts
• Fabricate temporary restorations
• Clean and polish removable appliances
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) status
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong attention to detail and patient care
• Team-focused attitude and professional demeanor
