Led by Dr. Karassi, we are a holistic dental practice in Royal Oak, MI, combining cutting-edge technology with a compassionate approach. As we grow, we're looking for a full-time Dental Assistant who shares our dedication to clinical excellence and patient education.

Position: Full-Time Dental Assistant (RDA/CDA)
Location: Royal Oak, MI
Pay: $25-30/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Tentative Start date: flexible between Oct 30 and Nov 7

Current Schedule (31 hours/week):
Monday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Tuesday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Friday: 7:30 AM 1:00 PM
Note: By March 2026, schedule is expected to shift to MondayThursday 8:30 AM5:00 PM with every other Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Chair-side assistance with general dental procedures
  • Sterilization and operatory setup
  • Ordering, stocking, and tracking dental supplies
  • Occasional front desk and phone support
  • Coordinating lab cases
  • Patient education and treatment support
  • Participation in training and team meetings
  • Willingness to grow in holistic dentistry concepts

What Were Looking For:

  • RDA or CDA certification (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
  • Patient, kind, and friendly demeanor
  • Comfortable working with patients of all ages
  • Familiar with a range of general dental procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the practice
  • Open to holistic, whole-body approaches to dentistry
