Dental Assistant (DA or RDA)

Location: Point Loma, San Diego

Schedule: Tue, Wed, Thur - 8 hours per day. No evening or weekends

Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour, more details below

Experience requirements: Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience required.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, brings a positive attitude to work each day, and is dependable, hardworking, and quick to learn.

Youll be expected to cross-train between the front office and back office. Chairside assisting experience is required . Front office experience is a plus , and were happy to train the right candidate who is motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow within the practice.

Compensation: Pay starts at $25 per hour during the probation period, with the opportunity to increase up to $35 per hour based on skill set demonstrated during probation and ongoing performance.
