Dental Assistant (DA or RDA)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant (RDA preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate is caring, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing outstanding chair-side assistance and patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
• Assist the dentist using 4-handed dentistry techniques
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Perform coronal polishing (if certified)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative instructions
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Support smooth daily operations with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications:

• Active RDA license (Strongly preferred)
• X-Ray Certification (Required)
• BLS/CPR Certification (Required)
• Coronal Polish Certification (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Familiarity with dental terminology, charting, infection control, and HIPAA
• Experience with dental software (preferred)

Schedule:

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• MondayThursday
