Position Overview
The Treatment Coordinator is a key front-office role responsible for creating an outstanding first impression and guiding patients through their appointments and treatment plans. Were looking for someone who is confident discussing treatment, knowledgeable about dental insurance benefits, and skilled in scheduling and patient coordination.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage the schedule and ensure smooth patient flow
- Present treatment plans clearly and answer patient questions
- Verify and explain dental insurance benefits
- Prepare financial estimates and assist with payment arrangements
- Check patients in/out and maintain accurate digital records
- Coordinate specialty appointments and referrals
- Support the front office team in maintaining a positive and efficient environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience (required)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance plans, terminology, and benefit breakdowns
- Experience with digital charts and scheduling software (Dentrix)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, digital workflow environment
Compensation:
- $25-$35/hour
