We are a thriving, privately owned dental practice seeking an Experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our front office team and support our continued growth.

About the Position: Were looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in dental office management. Youll oversee the full new patient experience , from initial contact to treatment presentation, while driving team performance, patient satisfaction, and production goals.

This is a high-impact position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and knows how to build a high-performing team. Please have 8+ years of general dental office management experience .

Schedule:

  • Full-Time position ; part-time or flexible arrangements considered
  • Hours vary based on practice needs
  • Office hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM6:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
  • $80,000$100,000 annually (DOE) adjusted for part-time schedules
  • Comprehensive benefits package for full-time team members
  • Benefits not applicable for part-time positions

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day front office operations
  • Manage the complete new patient journey from intake to case acceptance
  • Lead, train, and mentor front office team members
  • Analyze and manage KPIs to meet or exceed production goals
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and workflow efficiency
  • Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Oversee billing and scheduling processes

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 8+ years of general dental office management experience
  • Skilled in treatment presentation with a strong focus on case acceptance & patient retention.
  • Proficiency in using KPIs to drive performance and efficiency
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
