Qualitas Dental Partners is growing and looking to welcome an additional dentist to our well-established Rhode Island practices in North Kingstown, Warwick, and East Greenwich .

This is an expansion role , not a replacement. Were adding to our talented team to meet increasing patient demand. There is exciting potential for growth and leadership for the right candidate.

• North Kingstown, RI
• Warwick, RI
• East Greenwich, RI
  (All offices are within 67 minutes of each other for easy commuting.)

• Flexible Schedule: 45 days per week preferred, but open to fewer for the right candidate
• Competitive Compensation:
• • $800/day guarantee for new grads (
  • $1,000/day guarantee for dentists with 2+ years of experience
  • Transition to 3740% of collections after 3 months
• Sign-On or Relocation Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Travel Stipend: Approximately $4,000 annually for dentists splitting time between locations
• Supportive, team-oriented environment with room for growth and mentorship opportunities
• Primarily PPO and private-pay patients no Medicaid or state insurance
