This is an expansion role were not replacing a provider, but adding to our team to meet the growing needs of our community. Our Plymouth location features beautiful waterfront operatories and a dedicated hygiene team of three hygienists and a dental director, while our Milford office offers a strong, experienced team including a dental director, an associate, and a solid hygiene staff.

We value excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care above all elseand were flexible in designing a schedule that works for you.

• Flexible Schedule: 45 days per week preferred, but open to fewer days for the right candidate (work at one or both locations).
• Competitive Compensation:
• • $800/day guarantee for new grads (
  • $1,000/day guarantee for experienced dentists (2+ years)
  • Transition to 3740% of collections after 3 months
• Sign-On or Relocation Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Travel Stipend: Approximately $4,000 annually for those splitting time between offices
• Supportive, low-stress environment focused on quality care
• Strong referral relationships with specialists no pressure to keep procedures outside your comfort zone
• No Medicaid or state insurance primarily PPO and private-pay patients
