Experienced Lead Veterinary Technician

Hello! We are a small, privately owned, boutique full service clinic/hospital located in upscale Ballantyne Village.  We pride ourselves on creating a thoughtful, thorough, calming experience for clients and patients. 

To a degree, our entire small team is cross-trained--but, we are in special need of an educated and experienced lead veterinary technician with strong dentistry skills, proven experience in leadership, and a strong interest in veterinary business analytics.  A natural innate desire to bond clients to our practice by going the extra mile, and providing clear and effective communication is a must. 

Attention to detail to medical record documentation, anesthesia/dental chart documentation, and ability to create succint SOPs and hold a small team accountable is a must. A self starter attitude, high degree of organization, and ability to follow through on tasks is mandatory.
