Martin & Brothers Inc. is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to help us continue our legacy as a top commercial roofing and sheet metal contractor in Central Virginia since 1906.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in commercial, industrial, and t residential projects
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Positive and motivated attitude to drive sales and exceed goals
• Previous sales experience in commercial and/or residential roofing
• Ability to climb ladders and get on roofs if needed
• High School Diploma
