Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform take-offs and prepare estimates for commercial roofing projects.
• Commerical Roofing Sales
• Generate construction drawings and develop project scopes
• Create punch out lists and oversee project closeout processes
• Review submittals, change orders, and requests for information

Required Skills:

• Experience with PlanSwift and Bluebeam software
• Knowledge of project scheduling and bidding processes
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and develop scopes
• Strong understanding of project controls and building information modeling
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and building construction techniques

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with construction management and preconstruction activities
• Familiarity with project management software and scope development
