Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and budgets to meet the project's schedule
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare and submit submittals and change orders
• Develop and review architectural designs and specifications
• Manage and resolve customer and product issues, schedule changes, oversee quality assurance, and project closeout.

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of project management principles
• Ability to read and interpret architectural designs and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and other project management tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Background in construction with a mechanical aptitude
• Experience in quality control and procurement
• Knowledge of business development 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in project implementation
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $55,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $58,000.00
