Ability to lead with clear expectations, accountability, and consistency
Proven hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance development experience
Conflict resolution skills are a must: you address issues early, professionally, and directly, with emotional intelligence and maturity
Strong partnership mindset with doctors and leadership; able to communicate effectively across personality styles and temperaments
Strong standards around client experience, communication, and professionalism

Shared vision and alignment with NVC and NVC South Post Oak: relationship-driven, neighborhood-focused, accessible, and high-integrity
Strong commitment to medical and service excellence; supports Lead DVM goals and hospital standards

Champions excellence in patient care and client experience and willingly raises the bar
