Practice bold medicine — without burnout.

Rediscover your passion for veterinary medicine in a city that offers as much inspiration outside the hospital as you’ll find within it.

Our privately owned hospital is located in San Antonio, one of Texas’s most vibrant and culturally rich cities. From weekend strolls along the iconic San Antonio River Walk to exploring the history of The Alamo, the city blends tradition and growth in a way that feels both grounded and forward-thinking. With a thriving food scene, diverse communities, family-friendly neighborhoods, and easy access to the scenic beauty of the Texas Hill Country, San Antonio offers an exceptional quality of life and an affordable cost of living compared to many other major metro areas.

Founded five years ago by Dr. John Manning, our hospital was built on a progressive vision: blending Eastern holistic therapies with Western medicine to create a truly integrative, cutting-edge approach to patient care. From our Phase 4 MLS cold laser treatments, laser puncture, and acupuncture- herbology to our state of the art operating room and critical care suite, we pride ourselves on staying on the cutting edge of medicine. We believe pets deserve thoughtful, individualized treatment plans — and our clients value the depth, intention, and innovation behind what we do.

You’ll be supported by an experienced, cohesive team that genuinely enjoys working together. Our culture is laid back yet deeply committed, caring yet clinically driven. We take our medicine seriously — but not ourselves. Collaboration, respect, and open communication are the cornerstones of our daily work, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care without sacrificing a positive team dynamic.

As a privately owned hospital, we offer something increasingly rare: autonomy and authenticity. There’s no corporate red tape, no shifting mandates from a distant boardroom. Decisions are made thoughtfully, locally, and with the team’s input. Your voice matters here. New ideas are welcomed. Innovation is encouraged. We can adapt quickly to better serve our patients and create workflows that truly support our staff — not the other way around.

Our caseload is diverse and engaging, allowing you to practice high-quality medicine while maintaining balance and sustainability. We value work-life harmony and understand that longevity in this profession comes from feeling supported, respected, and appreciated.
