Job Description


We are a busy, well-established private oral and maxillofacial surgery practice seeking a skilled Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated surgeon who values high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and advanced implant dentistry, including Same Day Teeth procedures.

Our practice offers exceptional earning potential in a high-volume, well-supported environment. Average OMS compensation is approximately $900,000 annually, with top-performing surgeons earning $1,200,000+ per year, based on experience, productivity, and case mix.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures, including:
    • Third-molar extractions
    • Dental implant placement
    • Bone grafting and ridge augmentation
    • Oral pathology and biopsies
    • Management of oral infections and minor trauma
  • Perform Same Day Teeth / immediate-load full-arch implant procedures (All-on-X)
  • Administer local anesthesia and IV sedation (as permitted by state regulations)
  • Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Provide post-operative care and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists and specialists

 

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency
  • Active state dental license
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
  • IV sedation permit (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience with full-arch implants / Same Day Teeth preferred
