Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced prosthetic planning and execution for full-mouth implant restorations, overdentures, fixed hybrid prostheses, and related restorative work
• Collaborate with oral surgeons, implant specialists, surgical staff, and dental assistants to coordinate treatment plans
• Ensure prosthetic fabrication quality and oversee lab communication and case management
• Assess and manage occlusion, esthetics, and function for implant restorations
• Evaluate patients, diagnose prosthetic needs, and present treatment plans to patients
• Monitor and maintain long-term follow-up and maintenance for implant restorations
• Uphold high standards of clinical documentation, quality assurance, patient safety, sterilization protocols, and regulatory compliance
• Participate in new patient consultations, case reviews, and interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings
• Mentor, train, and support less experienced restorative staff or general dentists, as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• DDS / DMD or equivalent degree from an accredited dental school
• Specialty training in Prosthodontics (residency) preferred
• Board certification or eligibility in Prosthodontics (or strong preference)
• Experience with implant-supported prosthetics (full-mouth reconstructions, fixed/removable hybrid prostheses)
• Strong esthetic, occlusal, and functional design skills
• Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
• Ability to work in a team environment alongside surgeons, anesthetists, and restorative staff
• Commitment to high standards of care, continuous learning, and patient satisfaction
