Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Thursday, from 8:00am to 3:30pm on Fridays, and from 10:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays. Sundays are closed, supporting predictable scheduling and work-life balance. This is a full-time role, and veterinary hours are structured within the hospital's opening times. Flexible scheduling is available, enabling the incoming doctor to tailor a rota that supports personal and professional priorities.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to companion animals, while building strong, trusted relationships with clients. Daily duties include performing exams, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, advising owners on preventative care, and managing both medical and surgical cases. The role also involves conducting routine and advanced procedures, operating diagnostic equipment, and maintaining accurate medical records. The position is open to veterinarians of all experience levels. New graduates will benefit from mentorship designed to support confidence and skill development, while experienced clinicians will enjoy autonomy within a collaborative and well-supported environment.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
