Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant ( COTA ) – PRN

Location: Harrogate Life Care Community – Lakewood, NJ

Harrogate, a Life Plan Community, is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work PRN with our Rehabilitation Therapy team. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will help residents improve independence in daily activities and adapt to physical limitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out therapeutic plans designed by the Occupational Therapist
• Provide treatment techniques to enhance daily living skills
• Educate residents and families on adaptive strategies and equipment
• Document resident progress and participate in care planning
• Support group therapy activities as directed

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
• Current COTA certification and NJ licensure

Schedule

• PRN – Day shifts available (8-hour shifts)
