Occupational Therapist ( OT ) – PRN

Location: Harrogate Life Care Community – Lakewood, NJ

Harrogate, a Life Plan Community, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team on a PRN basis. You will help residents regain independence in daily living activities following illness, injury, or surgery under the supervision of the Rehabilitation Director. Your work will be central to helping individuals return to the highest possible level of function and quality of life. This position is located at Harrogate in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve functional abilities in self-care, home management, and daily activities
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans of care
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and assistive equipment
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Assist in group therapy sessions as appropriate
• Ensure resident safety and independence during all therapy interventions

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current OT license in New Jersey
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills

• PRN – Day shifts available (8-hour shifts)
