As a Pet Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch care and products for our furry friends. At Earthwise Pet, we believe in responsible pet ownership and strive to create a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
• Handle bank deposits and cash management
• Implement merchandising strategies to drive sales
• Utilize point-of-sale system for transactions
• Oversee inventory control and stocking of products

Required Skills:

• Experience in retail management
• Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
• Strong understanding of cash handling procedures
• Experience in staffing, interviewing, and payroll
• High school diploma or equivalent
