Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Oversee product preparation and merchandising
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve any issues
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Ensure store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards

Required Skills:

• Experience in store management and retail operations
• Strong product knowledge in bakery items
• Ability to manage cash, handle transactions, and balance registers
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Technical Skills:

• Experience with fryer and pallet jack
• Knowledge of wholesale operations
• Skills in fraud investigation and retail management
• Proficiency in palletizing and shipping
• Cashier skills and cash management experience
