M-W Electric Inc. is looking for an experienced, driven Senior Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of complex commercial, industrial, and government electrical projects.

From wastewater treatment plants to large-scale generator installations, you will oversee the lifecycle of the build. If you have 10+ years of experience and are familiar with utility/lineman operations, we have a Company Vehicle and a dedicated team waiting for you.

Key Responsibilities

• You will serve as the operational leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all codes
• Full-Cycle Management: Lead projects from pre-construction through final close-out, developing strategies and timelines
• Financial Control: Review SOVs, oversee project billing and AIA Pay Applications, and manage change orders
• Logistics: Plan material procurement, delivery logistics, and coordinate with architects and engineers
• Field Operations: Conduct site visits to ensure safety and code compliance
• Utility Coordination: Leverage your knowledge of utility/lineman operations to coordinate with electrical utility companies
• Mentorship: Mentor and support the development of Assistant Project Managers

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience preferred
• Project History: Experience with State and Federal commercial electrical projects is strongly preferred
• Specialization: Background in wastewater treatment, generators, utilities, or industrial projects
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SOVs, AIA Pay Applications, and cost control processes. Proficiency in MS Office
• Education: Associates Degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
• Requirements: Valid drivers license required. NC Electrical License is a plus
