Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Experience in general construction and commercial projects
• Knowledge of take-offs, pre-construction, and construction management
• Experience with multi-family construction and tenant improvements
• Proficiency in PlanSwift, PlanGrid, and Sage Timberline
• Strong skills in submittals, change orders, and scope development
• Proficient in Construction Drawings

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Punch Out Lists, Project Closeout, and Request For Information
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Blueprints, and Building Information Modeling
• Strong subcontract management and negotiation skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $110,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
