As a Chef at our restaurant and bar, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to our vibrant and dynamic kitchen environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu Planning to create innovative and enticing dishes
• Ensuring Food Quality meets our high standards
• Implementing Portion Control to manage food costs
• Utilizing Knife Skills to prepare ingredients with precision
• Overseeing Back of House operations to maintain efficiency
• Operating Fryer and Grilling stations effectively
• Practicing Food Handling and Sanitation protocols
• Conducting Baking and Food Preparation tasks
• Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional Quality of Service
• Managing Food and Beverage inventory

Required Skills:

• Experience in Food Safety and ServSafe Food Handler certification
• Demonstrated expertise in Catering and Cooking techniques
• Knowledge of Ordering and Merchandising practices

Nice to Have Skills:

• ServSafe Certified
• Experience in Food Safety and Sanitation
• Strong attention to detail

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $58,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
